Orange Gingerbread Rooibos Latte

  1. 1 cup brewed Rooibos Tea
  2. 1/2 cup milk of choice
  3. 2 small slices of fresh ginger
  4. 1/2 cinnamon stick
  5. 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  6. 1/2 tsp orange zest
  7. 1 tsp blackstrap molasses
  8. Extra cinnamon for topping
  1. Brew 1 cup of Rooibos Tea and add 1 tsp of blackstrap molasses
  2. In a small saucepan, add the milk of choice and add in all the spices.
  3. Heat on medium until it starts to bubble.
  4. Remove from heat and strain milk mixture.
  5.  Add milk to tea and molasses, if you like foamy lattes use a handheld frother and dust extra cinnamon on top!
